2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in the store currency and include applicable charges shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud.
3. Payment Options
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us right away with your order number.
5. Promotions and Coupons
Promotional codes may be used only under the terms stated with each promotion. Only one coupon code may be applied per order unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
6. Liability
Our products are handcrafted, and small variations are part of their character. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We always aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly — please contact us before taking any formal action.
